They're both very good games. IMO they were Capcom's first steps in making Resident Evil horror-focused again. But two things to keep in mind. Rev 1 was originally made for the 3DS. I haven't played the HD version but I suppose that it doesn't feel like a "normal" PC/console game. I heard the controls are odd. Rev 2 was an episodic game.
