Thanks for this great info. Pulling the blower was easy to do, so I tested the blower with 12v and it works. Not getting voltage at the blower's plug. Also no voltage at fuse 40 labeled in that PDF as "A/C Control Module (fresh air blower)" but not sure if that fuse is relevant. I believe there is in fact a blower relay -- page 14 in the PDF.

Try replacing the heater control solenoid valve. Chances are you have coolant leaking passed the passenger diapghram thus causing the heating on the passenger side. I have had the same problem. Lucky for me I have my own A/C manifold guages and know that the freon level is properly charged.
With the fan control turned to high and a volt meter placed on the 2 wires that are plugged into the fan resistor I read 0 volts.
